Raphaël Navot gave this bench a long organic body, drawn out like an elongated creature lifting its head, set on four short, stocky legs of textured bronze. The fabric covering, speckled green and cream, imitates a hide or a scale. The bench is doubled by a small pouf. Issued in eight examples, the piece blurs the line between furniture and bestiary.
