Mascarade

The masquerade is the masked ball, the theatre and the harlequin: the whole world of Jean Boggio, who loves objects with a secret and a smile. His floor lamp raises a brass shaft topped, beneath the shade, with a sculpted harlequin, while the shade itself takes on lozenge motifs. The base rests on small feet. The light descends from the cloth onto the hidden figure. Under classical guise, the piece keeps the mischievous spirit of a costume ball.
