Stemone

Emmanuelle Tosca has closed a great leaf of bronze upon itself, like a spathe barely parted. The dark, matte patina runs over the outer face; within, a golden glow surfaces through the slit, where the leaf opens. Set on a black base, the form rises in a single taut curve.
