Baretto

Baretto is a small Italian bar, and the whole world of Adam D. Tihany, who has signed some of the finest restaurants in the world. His sconce encloses a sheaf of fluted glass rods in a brass cage, mounted on a wall backplate, in the manner of portholes and Art Deco lanterns. The ribbed glass breaks the light into fine vertical lines. The polished brass frames the luminous cylinder. The piece has the warm bearing of a brasserie counter.
