Corum, named after a city of Anatolia, turns here into a sconce, simple and luminous: a single one of the bronze cups from the pendant of the same name, fixed to the wall, capped with a cone of alabaster. Philippe Parent brings the reception piece back to a point of light. The stone, translucent, holds the brightness within its thickness and gives it back, softened; the bronze of the cup warms it with a sharper gleam. The cone, upright, lays its halo on the wall.
