Kulgam

Kulgam, in the south of Indian Kashmir, is a land of rivers and gardens. Philippe Parent evokes its gentleness in the shaft of this lamp: a cylinder of porcelain carved in low relief, holding the light in the thickness of the stone and letting it surface between the motifs. Set on a pale wood foot, it is capped with a conical fabric shade.
