Belinda

A slender column, and for sole jewel a glass sphere set at its top: Mickael Wagner has reduced the Belinda lamp to that clean grace. The metal shaft — polished copper, chrome or black — rises straight from a round base to the bead that catches the light just below the shade. That shade, of fabric, caps the whole with a taut line.
